Terms and Conditions of Contract

Terms of Payments

1. All invoices must be paid in full.

2. Invoices including air transport, the full amount must be available in our bank accounts at least 5 working days prior to departure, or flight will be cancelled.

3. Payments are accepted only in the currency of the invoice.

4. Please annotate payment with the number of the invoice, the full amount must be received at our accounts prior to departure.

5. Any bank transfer costs incurred until the full amount is at our banks disposal shall be borne by the sender.

Insurance

1. All horses and Equipment are assumed to be insured and are handled at the owners risk, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Extra vet expenses in case a horse is injured or sick during transport are not included in quotations or invoices.

Quotations

1. Quotations are valid for one month from date of issue.

2. We do not make reservations for changes out of our control such as changes in fuel surcharges, lab fees and changes in fees charges by authorities (Customs, Government vets, Airports etc.), charges as a result of flight delays or cancellations.

3. Changes in import VAT and other customs duties are not included.

4. The quotation is based on a single horse in a triple stall during the flight. (Mares with foals at least 1,5 space)

Foreign Currency Changes

1. If more currencies are involved, the quotation is based on the date of quotation.

2. The amount on the invoice will be based on the exchange rate on that date and may therefore differ from the amount on the quotation.

3. If a single currency is involved there is no exchange rate risk.

Dispute Resolution

1. Airhorse will attempt to resolve all complaints and disputes in a reasonable and on a best effort basis.

2. Any complaints against an invoice must be done by registered letter and within eight days of the invoice date.

3. Only the court of Singapore is entitled to settle any disputes.
